My Head

I found a lice in my hair tonight. I am surprised I haven't had one before... Since I have lost so much hair since I have been here, I can comb through my hair easily with the super fined toothed lice combs. Tomorrow afternoon I will apply a jar of mayo to my head. Maybe my hair will stop falling out because the mayo will condition it so much... Wishful thinking. HA

Thanksgiving was so much fun. Stefani was cooking all day! I made the stuffing and despite all of the substitutions it came out well. We had a lot of fun prepping for the big night. I wish I had pictures of everyone there. Check out Stefani's Flicker site (link to the right) for more pictures.

Play Day

On Friday my Honors English class put on a play of The Big Wave. They worked for three weeks: writing scripts, making puppets, and practicing. I was worried they would not be able to pull it all together, but they did it! We preformed our play for Stefani's Junior Science class and Staci's Junior English class. As soon as the Juniors walked in my students were silent and ready to go. The first group was already behind the set and didn't want to come out after their performance, so funny. Overall it went well. I don't know if the audience was able to follow the story but it looked good and they sounded great! YAY!
